Q1: What does it mean pixel pitch 6mm, 8mm, 10mm etc?
A: It means each two neighboring pixel distance is 6mm, 8mm, 10mm. Different pixel pitch has different resolution, pixel pitch is smaller, led screen resolution is higher.
Q2: How long is the production time/delivery time?
A: If less than 100 square meters, production time is 7-15 working days.
Q3: How about the warranty time?
A: Our products warranty is 2 full years. During thie period, if any of our led screen part not working(except for led module, and damaged not by man-made), we send you new part to replace. We pay half shipping cost.
Q4: Can you guide us how to use the led screen?
A: Of course. We will offer you insllation video or manual, software manual. If you still don't know how to use, our engineer can help you by remote control. Besides, we can also send our engineer to your place to guide you how to use.
